Our approach to sustainability

An introduction from GCGV President and Site Manager Paul Fritsch

Paul Fritsch

President and Site Manager of Gulf Coast Growth Ventures

As part of the Coastal Bend community, GCGV and the good people who work here are committed to engaging with our neighbors to implement sustainable programs based on local needs. We truly care about protecting our shared environment and enhancing quality of life across the region to ensure the Coastal Bend remains a desirable place to live. Whether we are identifying ways to increase site and resource efficiency or contributing to on-site recycling efforts, here at GCGV, we’re constantly seeking new opportunities to incorporate sustainability into how we operate.

The pillars of our Good Neighbor Program have defined our approach to sustainability and guided our investment in specific focus areas that allow us to make a positive impact in the community and meet the needs of modern society.

Since beginning construction, GCGV has released an annual community report to share how we’re interacting with our neighbors and how our commitments have been brought to life through volunteerism, contributions and strategic partnerships.

As we complete a second successful year of operations, we’re excited to share with you how we’re making a difference both on and off site for the betterment of our environment, our employees and the communities in which we live and operate for a sustainable future.
