"As City Manager, I know that thriving communities are built through partnership and a shared commitment to supporting families. Portland’s mission is building community and raising families, and that mission depends on strong employers and responsible corporate partners. Gulf Coast Growth Ventures has been a valued partner in that effort.

GCGV’s continued engagement with local stakeholders and its investment in community initiatives have benefited Portland and our residents. I am confident GCGV will continue to serve as an important economic driver while operating responsibly and helping strengthen the quality of life for Portland families and our region."
