2023 Sustainability report

Quality of life

We aim to enhance quality of life, generate economic growth and drive opportunities locally

Investing in local businesses

We strive for our facility to be representative of our community.

In this effort, GCGV held three vendor recruitment events aimed at diversifying and localizing our vendors and supply chain. GCGV has made a full-hearted effort to make introductions, identify barriers, and determine how we can best do business together. In addition, the procurement team at GCGV is actively identifying ways to localize supply options, sustainably.

  • 3 vendor recruitment events sponsored in 2023
  • $11.5+ million spent locally in 2023, including minority and women-owned businesses and small businesses
  • $30.7+ million spent in 2023 with diverse businesses across the country, including minority- and women-owned businesses and small businesses
The reason we have such a genuine connection with GCGV is because so many of their employees, particularly the upper management, live in Portland.
